Why is my coupon code not working?
Check to see if you are trying to trying to use a coupon on a subscription order. Those are already discounted heavily (15%) and our system doesn’t allow applying two coupons at once. Just like not being able to stack multiple coupon codes at a retail store.

Help! I’m trying to change/upgrade/cancel my subscription order!
Easy. Just go ahead and click this link to log in to your account to manage your subscriptions. The unqie link "MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS" should be at the top and left once you log into your account.

Why does it say I don’t have an account with my email? I have an email and I have an order confirmation…
If you checked out and didn’t check the box “create account” you will by default not have an account made. No worries! Just click here and make an account with the email address you have been getting confirmations from us with and all of your orders (and subscriptions) can be imported and managed.
